How do you make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

To make a reservation, you must confirm with ILB the availability of the date. Once confirmed, a deposit of $500.00 is made. This amount is consumable and will be deducted from the total amount as a contribution to the event.

Upon payment, we will send you a receipt detailing the name and date of the event, form, and proof of payment.

Is the deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If for any reason you cannot hold your event on the reserved date, there are two alternatives:
- Date changes: You can use this deposit within the next 3 months from the initial event date.
- Cancellation: The event is canceled definitively without a refund of the deposit. The deposit will not be granted as credit for future restaurant consumption.

What are the payment methods accepted?

The accepted payment methods are as follows:

Bank Transfer BANCO DAVIVIENDA: LHG S.A. DE C.V. # 002 -510 -127 -608
Bank Transfer BANCO BAC: LOA HOSPITALITY GROUP # 2010 -44989.
Credit card or cash payment.

Question 4

Should I make any other payments besides the deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we request the first deposit as a reservation for the space, and then a second and third deposit are scheduled according to the dates of your event.

Question 5

When do I pay the full amount for the event?

Accepted Answer

After your event ends, we proceed to check all payments made, extra consumption, and calculate the new total amount.
